If you’re tired of wondering what you should and should not be eating as a cancer survivor, caregiver or someone interested in risk reduction, then this episode is for you!
There
is a lot of confusion about what is “good” and “bad” for cancer
survivors to eat, but this episode will cover the basics of a
healthy diet that isn’t just good for survivors, but for
everyone!
The purpose of having a nutritious
diet is to enhance your health and well-being and give you the
energy to go out and ENJOY THE DAY!
I find
many of my clients have heightened anxiety around food choices, and
that food anxiety is negatively affecting their well-being. I aim
to give you the most evidence-based information and offer a
bottom-line message that will help you feel confident and
comfortable in whatever food choices you think are best for your
situation. No guilting, scaring or “should-ing!”
I discuss THE 5 THINGS YOU NEED TO
KNOW ABOUT NUTRITION AND CANCER and my 6 recommendations for what
survivors should eat each day to promote good health!
On the American Society for Clinical Oncology’s podcast, I discuss Food Anxiety and Cancer with Debra Benfield!
